Some years ago, Chef Hilda Effiong Baci discover herself, make a specialization, start the race, make a consistency to bring out a result. Those stories has fuelled her Glory today.

The Record of longest cooking hours for Four (4) days non stop by an individual in the Guinness Book of Record, no one knows her or ever heard the name "Hilda Baci"

She hails from Akwa-Ibom state. She has a degree in Sociology from Madonna University, Okija. She owns a food brand in Lagos called “My Food by Hilda.” Hilda started this brand with her brother while still in school.

History has bring out the hidden story of her name. Your name is your representative, plant the good name, u shall surely harvest it one day.

"My purpose for this journey is to create awareness that we Nigerians have what it takes to contest in the global space. It is an awareness for the Nigerian youths to show that we are capable." Hilda Baci_

Within then and now, alot has happened, stories have changed, Too many things have been learnt, unlearnt and relearn, Moments of frustration, sleepless nights, repeated practice and more have been felt, but she continue the race with determination.

Success is a journey, Hilda Baci has the motive of achieving more of record, she said "whatever I may get from this will go to charity and in coming days, I will cook meals that will be shared freely to the homeless across Nigeria"

This is not me being a motivational speaker from this her success or documenting the history only, the journey so far is telling you to keep pushing, Do not despise the day of haughty begining, someday, it will worth it someday.

Everybody has different talented skill, don't downgrade your standard, discover yourself, start the race and finish it.
You can surely make it, Your Skill is your potential, keep feeding it. Your Skill is Money, Invest in it.
