VALUE IS PRIDE

Have you ever try to do as if you die to know what people will say or do after you???. Try it once, you will know if you have or gives Value.

Value is your personal responsibility in delivering excellence. In your organization, community or Society, with your relatives, siblings, if you are worthy or useful, people around you will always need you and tasty of your presence.

Some people are just a liability who don't have any importance or satisfaction, indeed, they don't add to one's ability. Money is not just valuable but because it gives Value to our life. That's why money has become a Pride.

"Who don't have, don't give" if you don't have value you can't give Value. If you have value, the more value you get. If you have Value, people value. Leaders are not value just only because of their hierarchy but the act act of using their personal responsibility to deliver excellence and have positive impact in the life of others.

Everything need Value, either in character, work or Personal Value. Your value gives Respect, Remark and Productivity. The world needs someone that have Value not someone that does not have.

There's different between delivering result and offering Value. Result may not have Value but Value shows Excellence. The best gift to give others is Value.

Build Value with Knowledge, Honesty, Trust, Modesty and Responsibility. You can't expect value from valueless. VALUE is Personal Responsibility In Delivering Excellence (P-R-I-D-E)
